Memory foam pillows are a wise choice for those who experience neck and shoulder pain. The combination of adjustable memory foam and breathable bamboo fabric cover works wonders. If you like thin pillows, a memory foam pillow might not suit your preferences the best - however it does provide remarkable support. Your sleep position should be what guides you.

The pillow has a bamboo cover encasing around it which can be undone so that it can be washed using gentle detergents on a cold setting. If looked after properly, the encasing will absorb any dirtiness, acting as a protector for the foam underneath. The memory foam itself likely does not require washing but can be carefully washed 1-2 times per year if necessary.

The short answer is, it depends. Latex pillows tend to be bouncy and quick to react to pressure from your head. Latex pillows may also last longer. On the other hand, a memory foam pillow takes longer to contour to your head and is firmer. So its a personal preference thing.
